Neighborhood Reminders

The Architectural Control Committee- ACC (also referred to as Architectural Review Committee, ARC) keeps our neighborhood in good shape by helping homeowners comply with the architectural standards set in the association covenants. As our subdivision matures we are seeing a number of things like fences and roofs needing repaired or replaced. So what are the rules regarding exterior home projects?  When in doubt, ask the ACC. Major alterations made to the exterior of your home needs to be presented to the Shepherds Glen ACC* for review. These changes must also comply with the HOA restrictive covenants provided to you when moving into the neighborhood. A copy can be found under the HOA documents tab.

*All requests must be submitted in writing to the HOA neighborhood management company, 4Sight. Contact information for 4Sight can be found at the bottom of this website.

This approval process applies to all modifications to the exterior of your home, including, but not limited to:

  • Roofs
  • Fences
  • Driveway modifications
  • Exterior paint
  • Patio covers
  • Home additions

Again, these are just basic guidelines.

And as a reminder… Please be considerate of your neighbors. Little things like bringing in your garbage cans the same day after trash collection is greatly appreciated.

Please also be aware & courteous of street parking. Shepherds Glen Restrictive Covenants clearly states~ no parking on Shepherds Glen Road.  The HOA politely asks not to block or hinder entry/exit of a neighbor’s driveway or block mailboxes.
